Dinner:
Sustenance: Chips and salsa
Salad: Mixed greens salad with a creamy cilantro lime dressing
Entree: Taco bar featuring cod and carne asada topped with a mango salsa. (Please make your selection when submitting RSVP)
Sides: Cilantro lime rice and beans
Dessert: Chocolate flan
Vegetarian dishes available upon request
