About the event


Sustenance: Sourdough bread and butter

Salad: Spring mix berry salad with candied pecans, feta and champagne vinaigrette

Entree Choice of:

Macadamia Crusted Halibut drizzled with a coconut cilantro sauce


Beef Tenderloin with a red wine sauce

Starch:  Wild Rice Pilaf

Vegetables: Summer Vegetables

Dessert:  Fresh chocolate cheesecake topped with a  berry compote


Blueberry Lemon Cake
